Photos of Iraqi terrorist training camp...
El Rushbo has some astounding pictures of the Iraqi camp at Salman Pak used to train terrorist to hijack aircraft.
Frontline did an interview with Sabah Khodada, a captain in the Iraqi military who exposed this back in 2001.
Kaptur apologizes...sort of...
Representative Marcy Kaptur of Ohio apologized for her remarks comparing Osama bin Laden and al-Qaeda to American revolutionaries. THen she turned right around and started blaming "talk radio" for "twisting her words."
"Because of the raw emotion, I thought it was important to at least make a statement," Miss Kaptur said during her meal. "What I said was twisted [by other people]. People read the twist, not what I said."
And in typical liberal fashion, she claims, "Let me also say to each of you tonight [that] I am one member of Congress who will never make politics of war. It is too deadly serious," then turns right around and says the following:
"In [the Bush] administration?s zeal to win a war with weapons, the war of ideas is being lost," she said. "In a time of growing tensions, world opinion, so vital to U.S. victory, is turning against us, and within the Muslim world, the U.S. is becoming more hated to the point it is now viewed as the primary enemy."
Gee, Marcy, where in the world would they ever get that idea?
Don't make me laugh...
Hollywood celebs are not only goofy liberals, they're paranoid...
Catch this report from the UPI on Hollywood actors afraid of being blacklisted for their political views. As if their liberals producers would shut them out of work for expressing the same views they themselves hold. A smattering of Hollywood liberal mush:
Talking with reporters in Hollywood last Monday, Oscar-nominated actor Ed Harris ("The Hours") suggested that critics of celebrities who speak out should go back and read the first amendment to the Constitution.
No problem, Ed. In fact, I'll do you one better:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Last I looked, there weren't any bills making their way through Congress prohibiting Hollywood leftists from making complete anti-American fools of themselves in public. You're perfectly free to do so. But we the people are also perfectly free to write the producers of your shows and movies and tell them we're not going to watch them or buy products advertised on them because of your foolishness. That, too, is every bit a part of the First Amendment as your inane remarks.
